Rates and information for the current school year

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School offers an Extended Care Program before and after school hours to ensure the safety and well-being of our students with working parents. Students in grades 1 through 7 in our afternoon Extended Care may also attend a homework room from 3:45 – 4:45 PM, which is monitored by one of our faculty members. Students receive a snack during the afternoon hours. All registered students must have emergency information on file.

Morning Hours: 6:30 AM to 8:25 AM. Students arriving before 8:25 AM will be sent to Extended Care and will be assessed a fee.

Afternoon Hours: 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Students on campus after 3:45 PM will be sent to Extended Care and will be assessed a fee. (PK2, PK3, and PK4 will be sent to Extended Care at 3:25.)

The Extended Care Program for PK2 & PK3 is located in the Early Childhood Center. Please enter and exit through the front door of the building.

Extended Care for grades PK4 through grade 7 is located in the lunchroom. Please arrive and depart from the lunchroom door by loop, facing St. Elizabeth Drive. Homework Room in the afternoon will be in a separate classroom.

Registration fee - $45 per family

Monthly fees (August-April) are due every two weeks except in May.

During May the fees are due weekly.

Late fees:

• All students must be picked up by the time Extended Care closes at 6:00 pm.  

• Between 6:01 and 6:05 a flat fee of $5 will be assessed for each child.  

• Students who are not picked up by 6:05 will be assessed $1.00 a minute for each child.*

• Students with past due bills will not have access to Extended Care until all fees plus a 10% late fee have been paid.

*Consistently tardy parents may be asked to make other after school care arrangements.
